| 1. | Participate in the March for Life in Washington, DC held each year on January 22 |
| 2. | Join Life Ministries in praying for the unborn at a local abortion clinic. (For details about a scheduled "Stand For Life" prayer seige email Kara or call 495-1913 ext.269) |
| 3. | Watch "Bella," (a touching pro-life movie) with family and friends |
| 4. | Contact Virginia Senators and ask that they not support any government funding of abortions. |
| 5. | Become involved with a Crisis Pregnancy Center. Call 757-410-9703 or visit cpcfriends.com. |
| 6. | Become part of a group providing lunch for volunteers at the Crisis Pregnancy Center on February 13th. Call Kara at 495-1913 ext. 269 for more details |
