Sisters Mimi Spencer & Jackie Davenport teach
Pre-K-Kindergarten every month.
Here's their story:
Our first involvement with Children's Ministry began about 13 years ago, when our children were two years old and part of the program. We felt the need to give back, since they (ECM) had been so involved in helping us train our children in the Lord. We enjoy being around the children and teaching them about Christ because the're so open and honest. They have an excitement about learning and applying it.

Our kids enjoy being around the young children and watching them grow. It always makes them feel good to have a child run up to them or wave when we see them outside the classroom. They also feel good knowing they are helping in their church. Their involvement came about from needing to do community service for school, but this has caused them to get involved in other areas of the church. We too have been blessed to work alongside our children.
"Families Serving Together," can be found in our Winter issue of Connect, a quarterly publication that seeks to share the stories of God's people at KPC.
